Flat Roof Coverings
Built up felt systems are mainly based on a three layer felt covering. Insulation can also be incorporated into the system. Skyline Roofing Company always work to the manufacturer's guidelines:
- The first layer is partially bonded in hot bitumen, or mechanically fixed into place.
- The second layer is bonded using hot bitumen in either a pour and roll or touch on felt procedure.
- The top layer of felt has a mineral finish and comes in a range of colours.
You can have a solar reflective paint finish or a limestone chipping finish. Built up felt systems come with a fifteen year guarantee.
